Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one Account — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.5 Self-Exclusion Status. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from rk789 or who are enrolled in any national or third-party gambling self-exclusion register are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
3.1 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. rk789 reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documentation at any time.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. rk789 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify rk789 support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access.
3.3 Contact Details. You must keep your registered contact details current and accurate at all times. rk789 uses your registered email address and phone number as the primary channels for account communications, bonus notifications, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delays to withdrawals or loss of bonus entitlements.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, lend, or otherwise assign your Account or any portion of your Balance to any third party. Any attempted transfer will render the Account subject to immediate suspension pending investigation.
3.5 Account Currencies. All Account Balances on rk789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal thresholds are all expressed in IDR.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rk789 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed by rk789 within the following standard timeframes:
4.4 Withdrawal Identity Matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rk789 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Requests that fail identity matching will be declined pending KYC resolution.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies per payment method, as displayed on the withdrawals page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
4.6 Withdrawal Holds. rk789 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct, or resolution of an active bonus wagering requirement. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold via their registered email address.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload credits, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by rk789 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus awards carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active and not fully wagered may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. rk789 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing wagers to guarantee a risk-free outcome (arbitrage), and wagering on excluded game types to satisfy a requirement. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus forfeited and may face permanent Account closure.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions. rk789 regularly offers seasonal and event-based promotions timed to Indonesian cultural events, major sporting fixtures (including BRI Liga 1 match rounds, EPL gameweeks, Champions League knockout ties), and national occasions such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day. All such promotions carry their own specific terms and validity windows, which are published at the time of the offer.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed through the rk789 sportsbook are subject to the individual sport's betting rules as published in the sportsbook help section. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. rk789 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome has been determined or where a manifest odds error is identified.
6.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with combined odds. All legs must win for the bet to return a profit. If any single leg is void, the void leg is removed and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs.
6.3 Live Casino. All live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are final once confirmed by the studio's dealing system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to rk789 support within 24 hours of the game round in question.

11.3 Third-Party Services. rk789 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data feed providers where such third parties fail to perform their respective obligations. rk789 will, where possible, escalate third-party errors on a Player's behalf but cannot guarantee resolution timelines.
11.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk789's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rk789's liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting rk789 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC clearance.
12.2 Termination by rk789. rk789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false registration information; (c) your continued use poses a risk of harm to rk789, other Players, or third parties; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require Account closure.
12.3 Forfeiture Upon Breach. Where an Account is closed by rk789 due to a material breach of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct, all Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to Prohibited Conduct shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at rk789's sole discretion following full investigation.
12.4 Survival of Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force following Account closure.
13.1 Right to Amend. rk789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated version at rk789.bet/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
13.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms, rk789 will endeavour to provide Players with advance notice via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 Review Obligation. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to remain informed of the current version of the Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
14.1 Applicable Law. 14.2 Dispute Resolution. 14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rk789 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications and representations on the same subject matter.
